Conflicting Ordinance information for Esther Kaahuulaokalani Akiona GZ6T-L87
Esther Kaahuulaokalani Akiona was born in the covenant to John Akiona and Lucy Wainee Bell on 20 January 1927. They were married on 22 October 1915 and sealed in the Laie Temple on 5 April 1921. According to the Family Group Record for John Akiona Sr. and Lucy Waines (Wainee) Bell on church microfilm marked "Archive Record, Poly. Dept. Copy," Esther was baptized on 25 September 1938 and "Born In Covenant."
In May of this year (2021), apparently familysearch.org indicated that Esther needed all temple work to be done for her and a niece promptly reserved all available ordinances.
Great-Grandpa John was the Branch President in Laupahoehoe while married to Great-Grandma Lucy. My dad remembers him being very strict and raising his family in the gospel. I cannot imagine that he or Great-Grandma Lucy would not have made sure that Aunty Esther was at least baptized in the church. In fact, all of their children were baptized in the church.
So, am I mistaken and the Archive Record incorrect or did something happen that she was no longer a member of the church during her lifetime and that she currently does need all temple work to be completed for her, and how would I know what is correct?
Note1: Years ago, the ordinance information for my grandmother showed that she needed all of her temple work done, when in fact, she was a member of the church during her mortal years. I contacted (emailed) "Salt Lake" and I was asked to provide the film number that contained her membership record. In the end, the change was made to reflect her actual baptism date.
Note2: I've attached the FGR for John and Lucy Akiona that I retrieved from the microfilm years ago. I'm sorry, but it does have my penciled notes here and there.

The problem is that someone created a brand new Family Tree record for her in 2018, then someone else created her current record in May 2021 and merged in the 2018 record. Somewhere in Family Tree is her real record that contains all her membership information, including her ordinances. I hope support can help you find her.
