How do I cite FamilySearch in footnotes

I am writing a family biography - I want to use footnotes to document where information or a story came from

How do I cite a record in FamilySearch in a footnote? What is the format?

    The sources in FamilySearch include a citation.

    If you go to a Person Page for a person in the Family Tree and click on "sources" just below the name you can see the sources that have been attached to that person. Click on a source title or "view source" to see the details for that source. The details will include a citation as show below...
