Please detail the help you need by giving us the PID number of the persons involved and private message (pm) your username and helper number (these are found in the settings when you click on your profile, and under accounts for username and then permissions for helper), so that we can look at your Tree.

I cannot see the image you have uploaded or the error codes you have been given.

We hope to help you once you give us sufficient details.

Hi, Christine, can you confirm if you did the following:

Go to the detail page of your grandmother's husband?

    Scroll down to family members

Click Add Spouse at your grandmother's husband section and a box pops up for you to manually fill in your grandmother's information. Fill out the form and click next, and follow instructions until you are able to save, your work.

I hope this was helpful. If you have tried these steps above and you still are not able to add your grandmother, if on your computer while doing this, I would suggest you clear cookies in FamilySearch or try another browser, to see if either of these help as well.

Cookies are small pieces of code that FamilySearch and other websites store on your computer. Using cookies allows FamilySearch to customize your experience for you. You can often solve the problems like the following by deleting the cookies stored on your computer:

    •  Your computer does not respond quickly and efficiently execute your commands.
    • Data on FamilySearch displays poorly or not at all.

    Steps (website)

    1. Go to  https://familysearch.org/cookies .
    2. When the Reset your cookies? appears, click Yes.
    3. (Optional) Reset your cookie preferences, if you do not like the default choice. Instruction are listed in the related articles, below.

Note: This feature only removes FamilySearch cookies from your browser.

    Steps (mobile)

The FamilySearch mobile apps do not use cookies.

If, however, you access the FamilySearch.org website on a mobile device through a browser, the cookie preferences are used. You can delete them as described for the website.

     Steps (Family Tree Lite)

Family Tree Lite does not yet support deleting cookies.
