Indexing State Indexed Images with more speed and less effort
The Image Field column to the left, works well, for when the next, line of a State Indexed Image is Indexed into data form, the next line goes to the top of the data fields, for correct info to be viewed and attached to the correct field.
However: The Image must be strutted back to the first column, by hand, and not, automatically go back to the first column, (as the left data fields are), at the same magnification that the patron worker is currently using. These could be turn on or off, with a TOOL or Data Entry, switch for use or not to use.
Please, attach a program that, as the next line, does return to the top of the data field, that also the Image line returns on the Image to the first column of the Image of a State Index Image. So that the patron is not having to Strut across the full project each line over and over again. Using this, will make this much faster, for each Index Images of State Projects. Also longer time can be spent to do it by patrons with less effort to do.

Hi @JEF1. Basically, I think that, on behalf of a patron, you are asking for the ability to move the image quickly (with the push of a button) to the right so that the left side of the image is on the left side of the screen (the "home" position) when the patron is ready to index the new Entry, say Entry 23.
After indexing Entry 22 (the "previous" Entry), for example, the patron has had to drag the image to the left to expose the second page of the ledger (on the right side of the image), thus moving the left side of the image (the first or left page) out of view to the left. So the patron would like a button to be able quickly to move the image left or right., maybe even at the same time as the Entry panel for Entry 23 shows up, so that the patron can quickly begin Indexing without having to drag the image back into place - it would be ready to go.
This sort of thing can be done (on a PC) with external programming in a couple of ways (maybe more). The first way is using Autohotkey, which is a language that allows someone to generate keyboard shortcuts (all the ones you've seen for web indexing and even combinations of them) as well as manipulate the mouse (left-click, right-click, left mouse button down, etc) . I've used Autohotkey for 7 or 8 years to gain efficiency in Indexing and Reviewing.
A couple of years ago, a new Programmable Keyboard became available - the Elgato Stream Deck, which is primarily designed for use by "Streamers" (people who make a living Streaming Audio and Video content) and Gamers. It has the ability to incorporate Autohotkey Scripts but also has its own Macro Language, and the ability to allow Plug-Ins from third parties. A generous Blogger named BarRaider has developed a powerful set of commands that generally allows one to avoid Aultohotkey but do much of what Autohotkey does. Among many other templates and scripts,
Using my Stream Deck and BarRaiders Macros I have developed among many Templates for speeding up the Indexing and Reviewing of various types of projects a few Stream Deck "buttons" that can move the image left and right or up and down quickly or zoom in and out at the push of a button. These could easily be done in conjunction with the move from one Entry to the next.
There's always a catch, and one catch is that just like the Web Indexing Program sometimes has problems, so too will there sometimes be a problem with my Stream Deck macros (buttons). Often it is because something has changed on the Web Indexing Program that I need to account for. I am unable to promise to "support" the use of the Indexing and Reviewing Macros and Templates that I've created for the Stream Deck. I don't have the time and I don't have the interest. But, if someone who is computer-savvy is interested in trying them, I am willing to share my work. The Stream Decks are not cheap, but there is an Android and iPhone app that emulates a 15-button Stream Deck, and a subscription costs $3.00/month or $25/ year. I have two 15-Button Stream Decks and one 32-Button Stream Deck.
Below are some images showing (1) My various Project Templates (2) My Cities Directories Template on my 32-button Stream Deck, and (3) my Image Navigation buttons on one of my 15-Button Stream Decks. (along with a couple of other buttons).
