Why do I run into so many of these and could there be a clearer way to clear these up?

Can you let me know what I need to do for this person please

Thanks

Hi Doreen, to expand a bit on the correct response just above, when you see "ordinances not available" can have a number of reasons. Please read through this help center article. You should find both the answer to your question about this person in your tree and great helps for what to do next time you run into that error message.

Hope this has been useful to you and thanks for stopping by today.

Hi Doreen. Maxime Arsenault had been entered as a Female and ordinances completed for that gender. That has now been corrected and the ordinances for Maxime now show completed.
