Confusion on records. Some in German and others in Russian. Translation help.
I've been doing some research amongst the Rozyszcze Commune records. As I understand it these records cover a region in Volyn, Poland/ Russia/ Ukraine depending on the year. I have come across some records from this commune, but I believe it says they are from Janow/ Janowica. Did the event happen in Janow, but were recorded in Rozyszcze. There are many more records, but it would help to understand if this family moved from Janow and then were living in the Rozyszcze Commune. Please enlighten me! Thank you for your help!
