I am reviewing a a batch, a birth registry. On one entry 2 babies are listed on the same line but the original indexer only listed one of the births. Should I add the second birth at the end of the batch or is there a way to insert it?

I figured out how to insert it and did so.

If the babies are named, click on the first entry and then click on the icon to the left of the trashcan. It has a plus sign next to what looks like paper. Click the middle option that says After the Current Entry. Then click add. It will add a blank entry which can then be completed for the second child.
