Why isn't the "Temple" button showing up? I can't see reservations
Hi, I'm a family History Consultant in my ward, and an individual asked for some help with reserving and printing temple names. When we logged on to his account, I noticed that the button entitled "temple" on the top selection bar was not present. We looked through his family tree, and no temple icons were showing up. None that needed reservation. None that were already reserved. None that needed more information. I have been trying to find some solutions, and would really appreciate some help! Thank you so much!
As pictured above, the word "temple" is missing.

As Sam indicated it sounds like the account is not connected to a membership number. Frequently users who have difficulty signing in end up creating a new account which is a non-member account and therefore cannot see the ordinances. It is possible there are two accounts for the individual you are helping. You might want to also look at
to determine if there is another account with membership information attached

It may simply mean the option to view Temple, has been turned off, or this person may have both a member and non-member account, and has logged into the wrong one.

It sounds like their account isn't attached to their membership record so they are recognized as Church member. If that is what's wrong, try this article to fix it. If that's not it, provide more info and we'll see if we can help more.
