How do I update my family tree with my wife's entire tree?

Most of my wife's family tree has been uploaded to my account, but a branch of her tree still hasn't updated despite it being present on other family members' accounts. How would I go about updating this information? Even manual searches of the family members doesn't pull up the relevant records.

You need to look at where the branch is connected. IF all are deceased you should be able to find the records for connection and see the ID of the connected persons and make sure they are linked into the tree you are viewing. If there are two different records for the same person that could cause there to be no link. In that situation the duplicate records need to be merged. Remember one person only one record in Family tree.,

If living persons are involved in the linkage to the branch, they it becomes much more complicated. You will have to enter all living records in your tree (only you can see them) and then link the connection until you get to the deceased records which can be shared with others.

If you provide some additional details, it is possible you would get a more specific answer.
