TammySmith3, Yes, there has been a recent issue with the list of completed ordinances not showing up in FamilySearch. The engineers are aware of the issue and they are working to resolve it. Thank you for your patience.

Si compartes nombres de familiares con el templo, las ordenanzas efectuadas se muestran en tu lista de ordenanzas efectuadas. Los nombres que se comparten mediante correo electrónico o mediante Mensajes de FamilySearch no se muestran.

Nombres que se compartieron con el templo

Tu lista de ordenanzas efectuadas contiene los nombres que compartiste con el templo.

Esto es así independientemente de que el templo imprima la tarjeta o lo haga otro miembro.

Si otro miembro imprimió la tarjeta, la información de las ordenanzas efectuadas también se muestra en la lista de ese miembro..

Por razones de privacidad las ordenanzas de las personas con vida figuran como "No disponibles" en el Árbol Familiar. Algunos ejemplos son los siguientes:

·       El sellamiento a los padres de parte de una persona fallecida cuyos padres viven.

·       El sellamiento al cónyuge de parte de una persona fallecida cuyo cónyuge vive.

Frecuentemente Árbol Familiar muestra "NEC (Nacido en el convenio)" en el sellamiento de una persona con vida a los padres.

Su secretario de barrio o rama puede proporcionarle la información de ordenanza suya o de sus familiares.

Es bueno recurra a su secretario de barrio quien tiene más información al respecto.

Notifications for completed ordinances now only tell you that ordinances are completed and you should check your Temple/Completed Ordinances List.

If your list is not displaying the ordinances you have completed in the last two years, please 1) clear your browser cookies and 2) try a different browser. (Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari)

You can clear your FamilySearch cookies by going to: FamilySearch.org/cookies and click Yes. Then sign in again to FamilySearch.org.

If you still cannot see your completed ordinances, please reply here that you have cleared your cookies and tried a different browser. Please include the ID number of the person or people for whom you have completed ordnances.
