Subject: FAULT / FLAW ... What is WRONG, with BOTH that of, MESSAGES; and, NOTIFICATIONS!!!???

... They are NOT working ... even worse ... they are "All" GONE ...

[ Submitted in the "Topics" of, "Family Tree"; and, "General User Interface"; and, "Other" ... ]

BACKGROUND

I noticed that I had a NEW "Notification" (ie. In 'FamilySearch', not the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum ) ...

ACTION

So ...

That said ...

When I tried to check that "Notification", all I got was this ...

NOTHING ...

Then, this ERROR Message ...

[ I have NEVER "Muted" ANY of my NOTIFICATION "Categories" ... ]

Then, this further ERROR Message ...

[ I have BOTH, "Read"; and, "Unread", NOTIFICATIONS ... ]

ALL "My" NOTICICATIONS are GONE ...

Furthermore ...

Then, I decided to check "My" MESSAGES ...

Same, same ...

And, ALL "My" MESSAGES are GONE ...

I am NOT a 'happy chappie' ... especially, if ALL "My", both, NOTIFICATIONS; and, MESSAGES, are GONE ...

It is NOW (currently) Thursday AFTERNOON ( 10 June 2021 ), my 'Local' TIME ...

And, it is NOT, Sunday 'Night'/Monday 'Morning', "Mountain Time"; and, there is NO notification/indication that there is a "System-Wide" Release/Update in progress.

[ Perhaps, a Programmer's/Engineer's "In-Line" Release/Update in progress ... ]

So ...

That said ...

What is going on!!!???

And, I checked with ANOTHER User/Patron ... Same, same ...
