The "Family History Activity Report" (FHAR) contained such information.
The Stake Presidency, and, Members of the Councils of Stakes and Wards/Branches; and, the "Temple and Family History, Leader" of a Ward/Branch, will have access to the "Family History Activity Report" (FHAR), which is found in "Leader and Clerk Resources" (LCR) on churchofjesuschrist.org.
