For business directories, do I include employers' names listed in an employee's entry?

My question relates to this business directory batch: https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/batch/c9e44154-2b1c-4356-8b61-7155e0d71d2e

On page 83, the first column, the 10th entry is for Buchanan and Son. I have indexed each of their names since both given names are listed in the entry, but the entry also lists their employer, Cooper and Covington Cotton Factories.

My question is whether to create an entry for Cooper and one for Covington. The Project Instructions say to "Index names of employers and employees," but these names will be out of alphabetical order, and presumably, Cooper and Covington will be listed on the page for C's.

Thanks for your help,

Alison Craig

Yes, we are asked to index both employees and employers.

Alphabetical order is not important to our work as indexers.

Our index will bring researchers to this page looking for a certain person - but they'll never know what order we input the information.

Thank you. I'll include the employers also.
