Correction needed to match image with correct indexed information

While looking for some records I found the following mismatch between the image and the indexed information in DGS 105484945
Image (105) show record of deaths in 1816 on page 102 left.
Indexed information shows baptisms in 1792 on page 127.
The next image (106) shows a different mismatch:
Image shows page 103 left. (the year isn't shown, but since it is the continuation of page 102, it is 1816)
Indexed information shows deaths (which would match) in 1799 on page 128 (does no match).
Also, the search result in the digitized index which led to image 106 stated that 24 Dec was the baptism date (not death):
