When you are indexing land records in the entry area of grantee organization when it says “Will Of” or “matter of “do you index that sentence or leave in blank?

@Sabrina Cherice Skousen we are not sure if your question has been answered or not. As explained, it is always good to put your share batch code so others can look at exactly what you are seeing. Here are some basic instructions that are given for doing these land records. This is found by clicking in the field and then clicking on the purple question mark for Field Help.

"When typing the name of the grantee, do not include descriptive words or terms, such as "by Atty," "et al," or "and spouse," that may have been written with the name."

So according to your question and description of what is on the document we think that it can be assumed that you would leave out "Will of" and "matter of" and just put the name of the person. I hope that this helps. Best of luck.

Do you have a share batch code so I could review the project instructions before hazarding an answer?
