I need help with the new format

I know this is not the proper place for this query, but I can't find another place to look for help.

I am a Stake TempIe and Family History Consultant, and have also spent 18 months as a full time missionary on the US and Canada floor of the Family History Library. Today I entered the Austro-Hungarian Community as I have many times before. I need help with translating a Czech record. Before, I could log my question in a space close to the top of the page. Now, I have spent half an hour exploring, and I still cannot find a place to ask my question. Can you help me?

I don't even know if this is actually going somewhere. Nothing at the bottom says send.
