The Birth City and the Father's Residence City and State are the same for all of these. They are blank.

The Birth City Field help specifically says: Do not assume the name of the birth city, village, or township from other information in the document. Do not index the city listed in the header of the register.

The Birth County is King and Queen.

From the Field Helps for Father's City: Do not assume the name of the city, village, or township from other information in the document. Do not index the city listed in the header of the register.

Do not include multiple levels of localities in this field, such as counties, parishes, or provinces.

Since the original scribe wrote King and Queen County, we mark the field blank.

From the Field Helps for Father's Residence State: Do not assume the name of the state from other information on the document. Do not index the state listed in the header of the register.
