Is there a search option to find where people were in a certain year

For instance, revolutionary war. Being able to enter that year and see (map option or listing option) where ancestors were located or birth/death locations gathered in one map for that date.

We do not have the kind of search option you are requesting, @Tamara Keuma Tanuvasa. But the Family Tree Timeline might give you something a little bit like you are wanting. Its usefulness is going to be dependent on what data you see about a person in FamilySearch Family Tree. Also what sources show in the person's Tree record and which information, such as Residence you pulled into your ancestor's record from the sources.

You can learn about the time line in our Help Center Article: What is the timeline or map in Family Tree?
