I don't know if the above articles will help, but I would suggest that you click on the circle with the question mark in the upper right corner and go to Contact Us where you can call or write a message and they can direct you to the correct department who will be able to answer your question. The "Other" in an Indexing report is volunteers who are not members of your ward or unit. They may have been "Invited" to join the group or they may have "Requested" to join the group and been accepted.

I'm not entirely sure but I see your question hasn't been answered so this is what I think.
Individuals in the "Others" sub-group are individuals who are not members of your ward. Perhaps the records of these individuals have been moved to another ward but they are still members of the sub-group or ward group.
Or these individuals were never part of your ward, but they were invited to join one of the sub-groups or your ward group.
