Relating to reviewing death certificates: the project instructions state not to use the sub-registration date on the bottom left corner of the death certificate. If there is no date in the registers field, but there is a date in the sub registers field, should that date be used rather than marking the field blank?

Also, if the birth information is erroneously listed the same as the death information on the death certificate, and this is a 58 year old person and not an infant, is there a way to notate that or do we just list it as it states on the certificate?

Thank you for any clarification.
