I am a new indexer and as I was recording one of the batches I came across an entry that had the entry of Not Named in the name of the child field so I was going to write that but as I got to the field for How many at birth it was marked with 2 how do you record this?

When there is no name for a child, you would use Ctrl + B (on a PC), Cmd + B (on a MAC), or the 1st x icon to mark the field blank. You would not write Not Named. Check your field helps (accessed by clicking on the purple question mark) and the Project Instructions for more information about how to index How many at Birth. Project Instructions can always be accessed by clicking on the last icon in the horizontal tool-bar.

The best way to get a good answer is to share the batch so others can see what you are seeing. To share a batch, click on the third icon from the right and follow the instructions, or copy and paste the title and the batch code from the top of the image, or copy and paste the URL address with your question.

Hope that this helpful. If not, share your batch!
