Death Certificates in Philadelphia County Johan Martinius Thulin
I have been researching my great grandfather Johan Martinius Thulin’s death supposedly in Philadelphia in 1914. I have gone through the Pennsylvania death record listings for 1913, 14, and 15. I have tried to find Lutheran church records since he was married in the Lutheran Church in Philadelphia. I have tried to identify graveyard records in the county. So far no luck. FamilySearch and Ancestry list him in 1914 with no proof.
Anyone have any suggestions of records in PA that might help?

How confident are you that he was still living in Philadelphia at the time of his death? For those years there should be a death certificate. If he had family at the time of his death there might be a newspaper death notice. If he had property or possessions of any value there should be probate records.
