This batch has records that extend to multiple pages. Am i supposed to index each page separately with a bunch of blanks, or put all the information on a single index?

Hi @raqm Generally you will collect the data from the pages spanned into one Entry. But see below and all sections of your Project Instructions for much more information.

For instance, under the “What to Remember About This Project” section of the Project Instructions you will see the instructions on this issue. That same “What To Remember” section has multiple examples of how to index in that “multiple-page” situation. Be sure to read those all very carefully, including the section in the General Indexing Guidelines that is referenced right below. This quote right below is just a sampling of what is given.

    • For more information regarding indexing, view the "General Indexing Guidelines" below.

Special Instructions for Indexing Records that Span Multiple Images

    • A few of the records in this project continue to or from another image. For these records, you will need to view other images to get information for the fields on the image you are indexing.
