LDS member issue with pedigree chart printing.

This issue is for LDS users only. When you print a pedigree chart from the landscape view - no ordinance information is contained on the chart. However when you print form the person detail page - below the name of each person on the chart - completion of ordinances is indicated with small boxes containing an X. This is confusing getting two different views depending on where the print is originated. see the two examples below.

It just seems to me user should get the same chart independent of where it is requested.
