Principal Color or Race Suggestion
Good Evening,
Maybe have on your instructions more information on how, when and what to list, Alaskan Native, Native American etc. When I'm reviewing I'm seeing Eskimo being entered and it is not one of the options and the person indexing is typing in the pre populated options.
