Hi Andrew. This is not a “Group” - this is a “Catergory” = Indexing under the Help Center. A link to the Insexing Chat Group, of which I am a member is found at the end of this message. You’re welcome to join, and I urge you to. Members are very responsive to questions posted/posed there. Once you get there, you’ll need to click the “Join” button in the upper right to be able to ask qustions or engage in conversations. That’s all there is to it.

On the Web Indexing Page, to the right of the “Find Batches” blue button should be a “My Indexing Totals” section that shows your Indexing and Reviewing numbers and the Totals. Be aware that on an iPad and iPhone, and possibly on other non-Windows and non-Mac devices such as Android phones and tablets, this section will only be visible in Landscape Mode - with no clue that you need to switch viewing modes to see it.

The My Indexing Totals section reflects all your work, including any you might have done under the old desktop indexing program. To see only your work under web indexing, look lower, at the chart, where you can see your Web Indexing Progress (Indexing or Reviewing) by Project or by time, including “all time” or something to that effect, by changing settings on the chart.

Consider joining the Indexing Chat Group.
