I'm current indexing an Italian batch of stillbirths in 1871. Do these go through as births or deaths? The record entries shows Atti di nascita e morti.

We were told in the past to record these Italian stillbirth records as Births. The instructions don't offer any help, so, I would index them as Births based on that advice given by a person who helps to teach Italian indexing. In other languages, they are recorded as deaths.
