I'm working on church records for the Caribbean (MSJR-QX8). My current batch has a list of mothers of children baptized, which means I am marking every field blank except for the last two. Should I still be indexing that? Or just mark the whole image as "No Extractable Data"?

Hi Lisa. Your batch is the second half of a register. It should be marked as No Extractable Data since the information will be indexed by the person who was given the 1st part of the register. You can learn more about this in the Project Instructions - General Indexing Guidelines - What to Do When A Record Spans 2 Images or To View Additional Images.

You can open the reference images by clicking on the bottom icon in the vertical toolbar in the image window and see that Reference Image -1 is the first page of the register.

Oh, should have checked that. I've seen that happen before. Thanks!
