Death County for Massachusetts Death Certificates

Could someone point out to me where I would find the county on these death certificates? All I can find is "Cambridge" under "Place of Death." I know Cambridge is a city, so do they just not have the county listed on these?

I agree. There is no county listed on your images. The field would be marked blank.
