Peculiar design noted for Questions in "Q and A"/Help Center Categories
I have noted what to me is a most peculiar feature in individual Questions. in "Q and A"/Help Center Categories
If a reply is given which is classified the person replying as "Accepted answer" it is posted at the top of the topic, out of chronological order.
If you are reading subsequently reading through the topic, as the originator to add an additional comment, or if you are someone else reading it either for interest/self educational purposes, or to determine whether you can add something of relevance, because the posts are now out of chronological order I find it is very difficult to get the gist of what has been going on.
If it is desired to have "Accepted answers" at the top, I believe this answer should ALSO BE DISPLAYED IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER so that if anyone is reading through the topic they can follow through the various posts chronologically.
The current design does not encourage general interaction and additional input which seems to me to be a wasted opportunity.
Also when recently I wanted to comment on an "Accepted answer", the display available to me to write further was at the bottom of the last post EXCLUDING the Accepted Answer (hope that makes sense) so I included some text in reference to the "Accepted Answer". Then when I had made this additional post, it too went to the top of the topic, not the bottom of the topic where I thought I was posting. (Maybe this was because I had been presented with a Yes/No choice and picked the "wrong one")

I might say when I wrote this I did not realise I was writing a Question on the in "Q and A"/Help Center Categories, it was written in response to a FamilySearch (I assume) comment by Coleman Patty 6 April 2021 on "New format for digitised Books. FamilySearch Digital Library" https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/63631/new-format-for-digitised-books-familysearch-digital-library/p1
