My questions are about the FamilySearch Digital Library.

Question 1

Regarding the FamilySearch Digital Library, Phil, Employee, back in October 2019 said "Good news. Many new features will be coming..." 

The question is When? 

Is there still a Digital Library team, or has it been disbanded?

This question is in response to a comment by Coleman Patty recently (April 6, 2021, probably my local time) said

"A good place to go with these ideas and questions is at the top of the page where it says, "Ask a question." You will reach someone that can discuss this with you".

@MaureenE123 Yes, the Search category is good for questions about the Digital Library.

The best place fo ideas or suggestions is the Ideas lightbulb on the far-left panel. And then Records (Searching and Viewing).

Hello Maureen,

The new Platform is still in the building process.

I don't understand some of the messages here regarding searching the Digital Library.

I don't find The new Platform Question and Answers is easy. And questions linger.

Here is something that might help you with searching the Digital Library.

The following link is for individual libraries included in the Catalog. You can use that search field. It's not my favorite way, but worth trying.

Can you confirm that the Search category is the correct category to post Questions about the Digital Library (in Q and A/Help Center Categories), and

for Ideas about the Digital Library, the correct category is Records (Searching and Viewing)
