Missing the weekly digests for my Community Group!

Ever since the change over in the Community, I no longer receive weekly digests for my groups. In my busy life, it has been extremely helpful to receive those digests, especially in my calling over a Family History Center. Any idea when will the weekly digests be restored?

    They have not been discontinued - I still receive them regularly. Go to your account details (via the icon at the top right of this page), as you probably need to recheck your notifications options in order for this to be restored.

    yeh I wonder how many people were very reliant on these digests - and now are in limbo because they dont get them.

    Here are two screenshots (although there is sometimes a delay before they are visible here). As explained, click on the "head & shoulders" icon first, then (after the first page, below, appears) on "Edit Profile", which takes you to the "second screenshot". From there click on "Notification Preferences". I have not illustrated that page, but you will see the options available. If in doubt, check all the boxes. Hope this works!

    Thanks for the screenshots. I found the notifications area. What I don't see is an option to be notified of new posts in my groups.

    Yes, that's a good point. There is no specific check-box for that, but I assumed it to be covered by checking one of the other boxes. I can't find any evidence for this at the moment, as the groups in which I participate have been hardly visited since this new platform was introduced.

    I know I definitely have not had a notification about replies to all of my posts, but cannot remember the sections in which I made them (i.e. possibly "My Groups", but maybe posts made in "Ideas" or "Q and A".

    This is something I (and, hopefully, FamilySearch employees / moderators) will be keeping an eye on in.

    Meanwhile, try checking all the boxes to see if this deals with the problem. I just looked at my own settings and found I just have "Notify me when I earn a badge" and "Notify me when my rank changes" as "unchecked" items!
