An index icon leads to no index,

A search in South Dakota, Grave Registration Records 1940-1941 for Teressa Hibbard brings up two results with the same death date and burial place on both and the birth year on one. However clicking on the index icon comes up blank.

We also tried clicking on the attach this record in both cases. The linker allows you to see and attach the record to Teressa Hibbard in your tree, but does not show a complete index to compare.

We are not using the new Records page but wonder if it is somehow related to the transition to a new look.

There definitely appears to be a problem here. I don't know how far you will get, but I think you will need to raise a case with Support over the missing detail when you open these pages. I would definitely send a message, as I'm sure a phone call will be of little help in this case.

As you have noted, the whole of the left hand side of the pages are blank and "Document Information" is incomplete (no film reference, etc.)

Since we now have indexes that have restricted access we need a new symbol to represent that. Perhaps the magnifying glass with a key over it - similar to the key over the camera icon.
