Does the record I'm reviewing have a month, day, and year received by "Local Registrar"?

@Samuel Jacob McMillan , the date on the left at the bottom of the document is referring to the amendment that was made and recorded by a registrar in 1942. Under the field help (click on the purple circle with a white ?) for registrar information, it says: If that date is not on the document, type the state file date that was stamped on the document. This is a commonly overlooked instruction for this project. I would type the number at the top right. April 2, 1908.

    Hi Samuel,

Good question. In order for a helper to view the specific batch you're working on, you need to share the batch. In general, the Local Register information is located at the bottom center or bottom right of the image you are viewing. If these fields are blank, click on Ctrl B to show them as blank. Thanks for being part of Indexing and best wishes

Thank you for providing the batch code, Samuel. Helpers can look at Samuel's batch by copying the batch code that he has provided: M338-8KM. Then they would go to their main indexing page where we Find Batches. Next to My Batches is a wheel (gear). Click on the gear, click Open Shared Batch and enter the batch code in the box that appears. If the batch is not restricted, or has been submitted by the user, you will be able to see what he is seeing. We can't work on saved batches, so anything you would type into the batch would not be saved.

Unfortunately, I cannot see this record because it is a Wisconsin Record and can only be viewed and indexed by members of the church of which I am not. Someone will be along to assist who can.

I encourage you to join the Community Group, Indexing Chat and post indexing questions there as they are answered quickly. I'm going to tag @Lisa Kay Horlacher since I know she works on these records and answers lots of questions!
