I used to see a join button when I clicked on community help. Now when I am in the chat, I see no join button and no place to ask a question.

I have a question about batch MS2X-6CL, image one. Both entries list Centro, Central, Limon as the place of death. I don't think there is a city named Centro or Central. There is a Puerto Limon and a canton named Limon, as well as a region named Limon. Should I just put Limon for place of death?

    Hi Janice!

When you click on Community Help from a batch, you are taken to Indexing Chat. You are a member of the group, so instead of seeing Join you should see a wheel gear in the right corner. Clicking on that gear would give you the option to leave the group. Once you scroll down to where the discussions are you will see a blue bar with New Discussion. Click that down arrow and there are choices of New Discussion, Ask a Question, New Poll, New Event. You'll be able to Ask a Question!

I wouldn't index Centro, Central either because they seem to be used a municipal terms. But, I would index Limón in both the Death Place and Province fields. (Limón is the capital city of Limón Province and is commonly called Puerto Limón). If there is a another town, like the second image with Matina, I would index that as a Death Place and Limón as the Province.
