Have a messge board for specific projects that exists during the time a project is being indexed/arb

There are things about projects like an abbreviation that is antiquated or only used by the person making the record, a need to record the name of a very small town or village, a letter that looks like a "v" but is really an "r", and so many other little quirks that take some time to research. All this could be accomplished much more efficiently if we could share the information we found with other indexers and arbitrators.

A specific example is a few years ago, I was indexing death records for a state in Mexico that required the place of death. I'm not from that area and many of the places were very small villages that currently have populations of less than 100 people. I found a really good website that had ALL the tiniest pueblitos and it saved me so much time to compare the sometimes less legible handwriting to that list. I can't find that website again, but it would have been nice to be able to share it.
