After marking my images "yes" that they should be indexed, and then started to index them, I realized that one is a supplemental and needs to be changed to No, extractable data but not sure how to go back to that section. I tried doing some searching for the answer but I haven't found any answer to help. Thank you for your time..

  • update: I found the section to change it, but I found another problem ---IN the PROJECT instructions it says --- Please index all typed and handwritten birth certificates,, including correction certificates and supplemental reports of birth–report of name of child.---THEN, when you are typing out the information in the boxes, when you click on the circle with the ?, it says to extract that correction data onto the previous record, so I am confused..What do I do? #1 create the record and index or just add the corrected data to the previous record then mark the correction certificate as DUPLICATE?

Hi Michelle. The best way to get a good answer to your question is to share the batch so others can see exactly what you are seeing. To share the batch, click on the third icon from the right and follow the instructions. You can just provide the batch code with your question, or in a subsequent comment. I'm guessing this is going to Wisconsin Births, so I will tag @Lisa Kay Horlacher since she is very helpful and familiar with this project.

    Olá Michelle,

    ·        Siga os passos:

    ·        1- Volte aonde você marca sim, no qual aparece a palavra "Registro", clique aí, e vai retornar a pergunta: - "Esta imagem deve ser indexada". Você responde sim. Pronto.

    ·        2- Agora, no comando "Próxima imagem", vá passando, até chegar a imagem que estava a indexar
