I have a batch where the picture is incomplete. the left portion of the book is not in picture.

    Your image is the second half of the image before this and would be marked No, No Extractable Data. You can verify this by looking at the reference images by clicking on the bottom icon in the horizontal toolbar. The screen will split and on the right image box you can view the 5 previous images, your batch, and the 5 next images. You will see that the batch before yours has the beginning of the document.

    • Some of the registers in this project continue to or from another image. You may need to view other images to get information for the fields on the image you are indexing. When indexing registers that span 2 images, index all of the information for both images in the data entry area for the first image (the image with the name). After indexing all of the information for both images, mark the second image in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data.

    Registrant signature is shown and the name of the householder is listed. The image cuts off the left side of the page.
