How do you automatically fill in empty fields?

For example, I just completed a page to index that had only four records. The program assumes a minimum of 50 records to a page and I know there is a way to automatically put "blank" in the fields so that I don't have to do it by hand?

Hi Jeff. Most of these projects now have a preset number of entries and they have to be deleted in order to submit the batches. You need to delete the unused entries. Click on the Trash Can Icon, select "all blank entries", click delete!
