The Brightness and Contrast tool in the Indexing window obscures the Image being viewed.

I am trying to help a patron with the issue of the Brightness and Contrast tool in the Indexing Image view window, which appears in the middle of the image. This patron uses this tool in a constant way and I would like to ask if any of you would agree to a request for this tool to be placed in the lower part of the image window, where it does not "obscure" the image being Indexed or Reviewed? Perhaps the tool interface could be re-designed as a long oblong to fit better at the base of the viewing window. My thanks, Elder Beck.
