Article needed for the Icons on the Indexing toolbars
It would be helpful to have an article which includes the functions of the icons on the indexing horizontal and vertical toolbars. There are articles regarding the indexing keyboard shortcuts, and how to show and hide the toolbar. There are a few articles regarding specific icons on the toolbar, such as adding or deleting data entries, but no article describing all of the icons. A new article could be created for the icons on these toolbars, or one of the existing articles could be updated to include information regarding the function of each of these icons.

I heartily agree! It is so much easier and accurate to get answers from a well written and properly titled help article that, in this case, would give location and use directions for the tools on the indexing and image toolbars. Finding the proper search term is sometimes the greatest hurdle to finding an appropriate help article.

It would be wonderful to have an article with all of the Indexing Icons explained in one place. It would be very helpful for missionaries answering questions.

The article for the icons would also have to include the icons themselves. Our patrons all have various learning backgrounds and levels, so having the icons themselves in the articles would be helpful to all.

Here below is the latest version of what you've requested. There is a link to an earlier version on the Indexing Chat Group home page under the Indexing Resources section (but it doesn't have the latest version on it). The icons in the comment of mine that you cited look pretty large to me.
From the Help Center, here is a link to the “official” explanation of the toolbar icons. I agree that they are too small in that article.
Here is my version of that article. I believe the “official” version (link above) has an error in one or more of the explanations. I’ve enlarged the icons, expanded the explanations and corrected the error(s).

Maybe one of these alternative styles will appeal to more patrons.
