I didn't get her name but I phoned in approximately 9:45 am on Jan 26, 2021. I was trying to build my tree and ran into a tricky duplicate for my great grandfather. He was an identical twin so 2 previous users had accidentally used the same birth and death for both men. They had death dates that were 35 years apart. Anyway, I didn't know how how to handle this and the person helped me and remained patient and kind!
