Scrolling problems - anbody else having difficulty?
After Brett had advised we could now find details of other users who were following the same IDs, I decided to scroll through my Following list to check on some of the individuals in which I have a particular interest. I am finding this a complete pain, as the page is constantly reloading and I am constantly finding myself at the "bottom" of the (display) page and not able to scroll continuously through my Following list, at whatever speed. Is this a design problem, or is one experienced by just me? I have had the problem elsewhere when using the FamilySearch websites, but never anywhere else.

I'm giving up! Now when I click on the Kebab icon to check to see if others are following my relatives, etc., the page "jumps" and I have to scroll back down the page to get back to the individual I was trying to check on. I switched from Firefox to Chrome in case it was a browser problem, but same behaviour.
Would appreciate anyone with a fairly large Following list to try to replicate.

.
In relation to that "List", of ALL (OTHER) Users/Patrons "Following", those we "Follow" ...
.
Using 'Google' "Chrome", with "Windows 10" (latest versions) ...
.
FYI
.
Unlike you ...
.
That "Slider Bar" on the 'right-hand-side' worked for me.
.
I was:
(1) "Dragging" it, either, up; or, down; and/or,
(2) "Paging", either, up; or, down, (ie. somewhere id the ; 'Middle' of the Bar); and/or.
(3) Using the "Triangles" at the, Top; and, Bottom, of the "Slider Bar", to move up; or, down.
.
Using the method of "Dragging" it, up; or, down, IS very, 'Touchy', 'sensitive' ...
[ And, that 'Modal' Window AUTOMATICALLY "Widened", bigger and bigger ... ]
.
But, once 'I got the hang of it', it worked.
.
And, that was through that "List" of 587 Users/Patrons.
.
Just my experience.

Thanks for your response, Brett. Yes, like you I've tried different methods of scrolling, but always have the difficulty with the page taking a long time to reload when it reaches the name at the bottom of the screen - excuse the terminology! I don't recall having any difficulty anywhere else in scrolling down long lists.
I've got around 1400 names of my list and it was just taking me too long to get to the bottom of it, so I decided I'll just check to see if anyone else is following one of them as and when I am working on a particular individual.

I know what you mean ...
I hated (strong word) that (New/Now) "Pop-Up" ("Modal") 'Window' for those I "Watch" (Oops, "Follow").
[ Gave up ever trying to look through the list, I am well over 1000 myself ]
So much so, I never really used it.
I ONLY ever used that page/screen for "Changes" to those I "Follow" - check that "Daily".
Whereas, now, I am trying to master the "Filters".
I have a 'side project', of a Group, in (BY) "RelativeFinder", of V.C. Recipients.
Only those in ALREADY in "Family Tree", not trying to "Create" any that are not.
Just over 600 so far.
So, those NEW "Tags", for those we "Follow", has come in handy; and, the "Filters" helps.

Yes, I have seen that same epileptic type behavior. When you get to the end of the displayed list and try to load the next segment of the list, the display goes all the way back to the beginning. As a result of the "improvements" made to the old Watch list a few months back, most of this has become pretty clumsy and useless.
Especially anything related to the continuing abuse of web functions using modal windows. I have yet to see anything "good" (from a usability standpoint) come from the use of modal windows on this site. It might make coding of that software easier, but that is totally invisible to us.
The original "Watch" list worked in a very solid and consistent fashion. I really miss its usefulness.
