I couldn't find those records in the Catalog.
The Roman Catholic Church has a policy that their records must not be published by FamilySearch, because they do not want their records used for Latter Day Saint ordinances. They only give permission for people to do secular genealogy research with their records. Many dioceses and parishes do not follow this policy (you can find millions of Catholic records on FS), but some follow it strictly.
Bethelem, PA lies in the Diocese of Allentown. I could not find any mention on their website of an archive. Contacting them is probably the best way to find out more. The Diocese of Allentown was only created in 1961, so perhaps older records were kept in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, which covered the area before 1961.
FindMyPast has records from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia but not the Diocese of Allentown.
