How to print a PDF of my family tree
I would like to print as much of my family tree as possible as a PDF.
How might I do this?

IF, you are referring to, "Printing" (or, even "Downloading"), your ENTIRE "Ancestral" Lines (as, we do not have a 'Tree', only 'Branches'), in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'; THEN, ...

Short Answer: You CANNOT.

There is NO option in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' to "Print" (or, even "Download"), your ENTIRE "Ancestral" Lines.
.
The "Printing", in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch', is LIMITED to, the "Printing" of, either, a "Family Group Sheet"; and/or, a x4 Generation, "Pedigree Chart", for AN individual/person, that is all.

But ...

There are alternatives ...

The best option for "Printing" your "Ancestral" Lines from "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' is to use one of the "Third Party" Applications (being one of the "Family Tree Management" programmes) that is "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

Some of the "Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' have, BOTH, a Basic FREE version; and/or, a Premium PIAD (ie. "Subscription") version, the latter just having more 'Bells and Whistles'. The Basic FREE version is sufficient for most, the average, User/Patron. Whereas, the Premium PAID (ie. "Subscription") version is the choice of most experienced and 'power' Users/Patrons.

You can use ONE or MORE than one, of the the "Third Party" Applications, the choice is yours.

Most of the "Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' that are "Family Tree Management programmes, have INTERFACES that work/connect (directly) with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' that can, "Download"; and, "Upload" (ie. "Transfer) between the "Third Party" Application and "Family Tree".

Most new (and, some old) Users/Patrons DO NOT understand the basic nature and premise of "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch', when they join in.

Please let me explain ...

We do not have our OWN "Tree" in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
We ONLY have "Branches" (ie. Ancestral" lines), that are interconnected, in this SINGLE "One" World "Tree", for all of us, that is "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
"Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' is NOT like 'On-Line' "Websites" (eg. "Ancestry_com"; or "MyHeritage_com"; or, the like); and/or, 'standalone' personal (computer) programmes (eg, the OLD, now no longer supported, "PAF"; or, "Ancestral Quest"; or, the like).
.
We DO NOT have "Private"/"Personal" 'Trees' in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' like other 'On-Line' "Websites"; and/or, 'standalone' personal (computer) programmes.
.
We do not even, own; or, manage; and, are NOT even responsible for, the "Deceased" individuals/persons in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

"Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' is built on a "Open Edit" Platform - hence, why any registered User/Patron can "Edit" (ie. Add, Delete; and/or, Change) ANY "Deceased" individual/person in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

Within FamilySearch Familytree - on each person record - on the right hand side of the screen are various print options. You can use these print options to print to a printer - OR just as easily Print to PDF - if on your computer - you have a print to pdf utility (which often comes with many operating systems)
FS FT gives you the option to print Family Group Sheets, Pedigree charts - and with some limitations descendnats charts.
