Your printer is automatically registered when properly setup. To see if your printer has been set up you can call Family History Center Support with your Center ID and they can check for you. The printer must also have the correct IP address for the Toner monitoring. If it is not registered or does not have the correct IO address, they can correct that for you while you are on the phone. When done correctly you will be sent new Toner when the Toner level is below 2%

Hello Gloria,
I am thinking your good question might be better answered by @All Temple & Family History Consultants .
Here is a link I found under that little ? on the upper right when you are signed into FamilySearch Family Tree or Communities.
Good luck,

Due to the nature of your 'Question' ...
.
I am "Tagging" this (General) 'Question' of yours, to the 'Group' being "FHC Technical Support (North America)", in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum; so that, the members of that group can answer/assist you.
.
That 'Group' is a "Private" Group; but, if you have responsibility for a FHC; and, as, your FHC in "North America", you can "Request" to "Join" that 'Group'.
