US, Illinois—Naturalization Records, 1856–1991[Part E] [MSB4-RC3] Index Notice for Deposition?

Should Notice for Deposition be indexed? I am reviewing. It looks like it is actually an Affidavit of Witness and it should not be indexed. Am I correct?

    You are correct, they should not be indexed.
