Let's send out a prep checklist for the attendees to have before the conference starts and include what to do on the day of the conference.

Maybe a mock up of the site with an overlay or a walk me so that they can practice navigation without just watching a video.

How to log in

How to use the site

Creating a playlist

Changing language

Adding subtitles

Finding schedules

How to connect with an expert

FAQ's

Maybe some fun things to do to prepare them for the conference etc.

People like things they can have at their fingertips. Emails get buried and lost.

Most of the cases were "How do I log in and where do I go and I'm registered, what do I do now?

Thanks to you all for a great virtual conference! I had a blast helping people!
