Picture attached to the wrong person

When I look at my Dad's page, it has his brother's picture as the preferred photo? Please take that out My Uncle was not a nice man.

Go to the photo under Memories. There is a box on the right hand side called People. If your uncle is tagged as your father, edit the tag.

If your uncle's picture is appearing as your father's portrait next to his name, click on the portrait and Remove Portrait.
