Filae
On a FS Person Page, the Partner Site 'Filae' now appears. When I entered Filae (for a FS Library patron), I could not open a tree without an account that required payment. What is our relationship with Filae? Why is not in the FHC Portal? Why does it not appear within the Solutions Gallery? Should I have access to Filae data without a paid account?

I am just another User/Patrons like yourself ...
.
And, a Member of the Church.
.
I take it that this was being done a "Family History Centre" (FHC) of the Church ...
.
Just a thought ...
.
IF, such was the case; THEN, 'Question' ...
Were you doing so, using the "FHC Portal" access, rather than not?
[ That may have a bearing on it ... ]
.
Due to the Christmas/New Year Holidays, our local FHC is currently closed.
[ Plus, I am travelling interstate, visiting Family and Friends ].
.
Otherwise, I would, "Test"; and, 'see' ...
.
Just before, our FHC closed for Christmas/New Year Holidays, I helped a Member of our Ward, with "Filae", at the FHC; as, they has "French" Ancestry.
.
That worked fine; and, if I recall, we were using the "FHC Portal" access, to do so.
.
And ...

Whereas ...
As to ...
.
"Filae" NOT appearing in the "Solutions Gallery" of 'FamilySearch', that is odd ...
.
If I recall (but. of course, I could be wrong), it did at some stage, a while back ...
But, 'Yes', certainly NOT there now ...
Perhaps, it was removed, for whatever reason ...
.
Just my thoughts.
